Clinical experiences in plugging-restoration of abdominal viscus injuries with greater omentum with pedicle. by Zhou Xian-yin.
Objective To investigate the feasibility and practicality of plugging-restoration multiple abdominal viscus injuries with greater omentum vascular pedicle.Methods 125 patients different organ caused by trauma treated in HanShan hospital from 1995 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results closed or open underwent operation treatment;hepatic,splenic,gastric,duodenal right side colonic injury 2 kinds methods: debridement inactive tissue pedicle(n= 63,group 1) simple restoration glutin-sponge plugging part resection(n=62,group 2).In group 1,59 patients(93.6%) cured,4 patients(6.4%) died 10 patients(15.9%) had various postoperative complications;in 2,50 patients(80.6%) cured, 12 patients(19.4%) 20 patients(32.3%) complications.Conclusion Reasonable use raumatic pedicle can not only improve curative rate,but also reduce complications mortality.
