Adaptive control algorithms are of interest in the flight systems design not only for their capability to improve performance and reliability but also handling aerodynamic parameter uncertainties, external disturbances modeling inaccuracies. This paper addresses a nonlinear direct adaptive sliding mode controller perform path tracking transportation aircraft. The synthesis adaptation laws is based on positivity Lyapunov principle. Simulation results different conditions aircraft provided illustrate effectiveness proposed controller.
