Adaptive radar detection and estimation schemes are often based on the independence of secondary data used for building estimators detectors. This paper relaxes this constraint deals with non-trivial problem deriving joint spatial temporal correlated measurements. Latest results from Random Matrix theory, large dimensional regime, allows to build a Toeplitz estimate covariance matrix while is then estimated in conventional way (Sample Covariance Matrix, M-estimates). These two estimates matrices leads Radar Detectors, like Normalized Matched Filter (ANMF). We show that taking care may lead significant performance improvements compared classical procedures.

Mortgage sistemi dunyada cok uzun yillardan beri uygulanmakta olan bir konut finansman sistemidir. Bu sistemin temelinde bireylerin aylik butcelerinin 3’te birini asmayacak kredi taksitleri ile sahibi olabilmesi yatmaktadir. Finans kuruluslari icin de sistem, elde edilen ipotegin ikincil piyasada degerlendirilmesi vasitasi vadeli fonlara daha kolay ulasma imkâni tanimaktadir. kredileri cesitli sekillerde finans tarafindan alicilarina sunulmaktadir. Fakat genel olarak bu krediler degisken faizli ve sabit olmak uzere iki grupta toplanabilir. calismada mortgage sisteminin ulkemizde uygulanabilirligi konusunu arastirmak amaciyla krediye talep talebi etkileyen faktorler belirlenmeye calisilmistir. Yapilan anova t-testi analizleri sonucunda mevcut piyasa kosullarinda uygulanabilirliginin dusuk oldugu sonucuna varilmistir. Krediye en onemli ise faiz orani, yas, medeni durum, cocuk olma, ev fiyatlari duzeyi cinsiyet belirlenmiĢtir.
